Killow - a lightweight browser

Killow is a from-scratch browser / browser engine that uses the HTMLAgilityPack parser.

It runs on entirely C# and WPF, making it super fast.

In testing, it used as low as about 59 MB of RAM, as it doesn't use more resources than it needs.
